The client wanted to remodel a cluttered and dark layout to create a light-filled, welcoming space. Our design concentrated on the rear ground floor. The back of the house connects in an uninterrupted volume to the front of the house, which was a particular desire of the client.
Daylight reaches the rear of the house via a magnificent Flushglaze Eaves rooflight and the yellow stock brickwork mixes the original part of the house with the new.
